Funding Opportunities from Southwest Tennis Foundation
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Southwest Tennis Foundation attempts to assist our deserving young players with opportunities to earn money that will go towards college expenses. These awards are given out to high school seniors who will be attending college the following year.
These scholarships are need-based, require high academic achievement, and, course, participation in USTA and other organized tennis programs.

SAM FIELDS JUNIOR SCHOLARSHIP
One of our annual scholarships is named after legendary USTA Southwest official SAM FIELDS, who passed away in 2010. 2011 will mark the first year these awards will be given out. Fields was a man of integrity, fair play, and he had a soft spot for our USTA Southwest junior players.
Applications for the 2011 Sam Fields Junior Scholarship can be found below.
The Sam Fields Junior Scholarship will be given to competitive juniors participating in USTA sanctioned tennis tournaments who want to join a tennis academy or high performance training program of their choice to improve their tennis skills.
Sam Fields junior scholarship Deadlines: May 1 and Dec. 1.
Two awards for the 2011 calendar year will be given out. Award winners will be notified after their selection.
