USTA Adaptive Tennis National Community Service Award
Nominate a program or program leader
for the USTA Adaptive Tennis National Community Service Award. Criteria includes the demonstration of continued excellence, dedication, and tennis-related service for individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
