CharlotteJohnson_SurpriseLeagueNatlsHello and welcome to the USTA Southwest volunteer section of our website!  USTA Southwest is one of 17 sections in the United States with the reputation of being totally committed to promote and develop tennis in our territories of Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso County in Texas.

There are several ways you can volunteer with USTA Southwest: serving on a council or committee, helping run local or Section tournaments, coaching new players, assisting at special events, initiating a QuickStart program at your local school or club and much more.  Chances are there is a volunteer need for you, and one that fits your certain skill set!

We believe that recruitment, training, recognition and retention are the most important aspects of our volunteer system. The USTA is heavily dependant on volunteers, as we are a non-profit with limited resources.  We want and need you to bring your expertise to our communities because of the common interests we all have, the passion for tennis. Volunteers are the lifeblood or this !

This is our sport, the "sport for a lifetime" and we need motivated, non-partisan people who are in the sport to truly grow the game at our local levels to help us improve our organization. Surely there are many of you that fit that description and want to help, and we encourage you all to be a part of our organization!

Please search our website to learn more about us and what we do. If you want to help us grow and want to be a part of the process, contact volunteer@southwest.usta.com. We will find a way to get you started!

Whether your interest in volunteerism is in your local community, in your county, in your state, or in the country...there is a place for you! So let’s get started!
